Grandpa Erick and Grandma Kim came to see us! We all LOVED it!
On Sunday, we drove to Long Beach to pick them up from the airport. We spent that evening relaxing in the hot tub at our hotel in Anaheim, enjoying each others' company.
Monday morning we hit up Disneyland! Of course we had a fantastic time. The kids still didn't get to meet Mickey Mouse, so I guess round three is in store. They did get to see him in the Disney parade, which was fantastic. My kids LOVED the parade, and it made me giddy to see their excitement. Several of the princesses waved right at Embrie, and Bell even blew her a kiss. My princess would just smile and wave back. Oh it was priceless- well not literally.

On Tuesday we drove home to Lompoc. On Tuesday evening we headed into Santa Maria to dine at the Olive Garden and do a little shopping.

After Cayben got done with school on Wednesday, we headed back to Anaheim. We made a Refugio State Beach stop on our way south. A kind fisherman let Cayben reel in a fish he had caught. It was so fun. We eventually made it to our hotel, where some of us enjoyed the hot tub again and some of us stayed in the room to lounge in front of the T.V. (Cayben's favorite part of vacationing is getting to watch the tube in a hotel room.)

On Thursday, our final day with Grandma and Grandpa, we did a little shopping in the morning and then took Grandma and Grandpa to the airport.
It was sad to say goodbye, but we are so grateful they came. The four days they were here felt like a nonstop party! It was fantastic! We hope they come back soon.
