We celebrated another wonderful Christmas this year. It was Cayben's 2nd Christmas, which brought a lot of excitement. Of course he was excited about about all of the magical elements of Christmas like Santa and reindeer, but we tried to teach him the real reason for Christmas--to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. I think the excitement of that will come as Cayben gets older and begins to understand the significance of Jesus' birth.
On Christmas Eve we had a Christmas party at our house with Shay's side of the family.
Cayben had lots of fun playing with his cousins and opening gifts.

On Christmas morning we woke to see what was in our stockings.
Shay read us the story of Christ's birth, and then we opened presents.
After we were done at our house, we went to Grandma and Grandpa Harper's house to open more presents and spend time with more family.

Christmas afternoon we went to Mike and Tiffany's house for dinner.

In the evening we went to Grandma and Grandpa Bullock's house to spend more time with family.

My favorite part of Christmas is spending time with family, and we did lots of it!
