Easter Egg Hunt, Rodeo, & Easter Party

Today was a fun filled Saturday. This morning we headed over to Caldwell Park to take Cayben to the huge Easter egg hunt that Gate City Real Estate puts on. Cayben got lots of candy filled eggs, a kite, and a beach bucket and shovel. He had lots of fun.

After the hunt, Cayben went with Jamie, Wyett, and Elyse to the Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo. Cayben loves horses, so we were so glad he got to go. He loved the rodeo. His favorite event was the mutten busten. He told Jamie that he wanted to ride a sheep. Maybe he can when he's bigger.

We dressed Cayben in a cowboy shirt and a cheap straw hat for the rodeo. Sitting behind him was a little boy in a real cowboy hat. Cayben looked at the boy and said to Jamie, "There's a real cowboy!" He must of realized he was a poser.

Cayben got home from the rodeo just in time for his Easter party. We had Cayben's friends and cousins over for a little Easter party. We dyed eggs, decorated sugar cookies, and had an Easter egg hunt. It was lots of fun, and Cayben had tons of fun playing with his friends.
